WHAT'S ON

Wicked Wellbeing for you this Christmas

You deserve some wellbeing in your life, and here is your chance….

Tuesday 20th November at 7:30pm – are you free? Albert’s Post is delighted to present a ‘Healthy You’ Foodie Evening with Wick from Wicked Wellbeing.

Come and learn how to make (easily!) Wick’s divine new healthy salads, a dip and crackers and a healthy slice.

While you learn, enjoy a Good Buzz Kombucha cocktail on the night for our special Foodie Evening price of $10.

New nourishing food ideas will be added to your meal archives, and you’ll receive a fabulous goodie bag.

Plus you’ll help others – $5 from every ticket goes to Everlasting Recycling with Love.  This amazing organisation is a not-for-profit which combines fashion with fundraising for those in need, run by the clever Anna Patterson.

There are a few tickets left online and they’re available by clicking on www.wickedwellbeing.com/events

See you there!  Follow Wick on Instagram below for more healthy recipe inspiration.

It’s so excited to be collaborating with these two lovely ladies, Anna Kate Paterson and Anna Gough to bring you a ‘Healthy You’ Foodie evening next month – Tues, 20th Nov! As you know, I’m all about the food and my passion is hosting live cooking workshops, so that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. I’m going to show you how to whip up 5 amazing recipes in about an hour, to help you navigate your way through the crazy season that is nearly upon us, making sure you’re still nourishing yourself with delicious food. On the menu is: Roasted Carrot Hummus with Seedy Crackers | Raw Cauliflower Greek Salad | Thai Kumara Salad | Coconut Almond Slice Anna and Steve from @albertspost have kindly offered their amazing bar and eatery as the venue and because Anna Kate Paterson does such fabulous things with @everlasting_recyclingwithlove , $5 from every ticket sold will be donated to her charity – you’ll also hear from Anna about the story of Everlasting. It’s so fabulous to work with these two likeminded women, where were all on the same mission, to bring women and a community together and have a night out at the same time (gents welcome too!). Tuesday, 20th Nov, 7.30pm-9.30pm, book the baby sitter, ring a friend or two and make a night of it. 😜 Albert’s Post is even going to create a kombucha cocktail, especially for you! 🙂 Here’s the link to grab your early bird tickets or the link is in my bio…we can’t wait to see you there! 🙂 https://wickedwellbeing.com/events/ PS The Auckland information is just below the Hamilton info.
